Payment

We accept credit and debit card payment (Mastercard and Visa).

Secure Credit card payment handling is provided via Sage Pay or Paypal or Google Checkout using their own secure servers. We do not see or have access to your credit card details.

The majority of our products are made to order and some orders will take up to 4 weeks to manufacture. We will only charge your card on completion of each item in your order but the order amount will be 'reserved' by your credit card issuer in the meantime.

Order Process

The order confirmation email our system sends you only indicates we have received your order not that we have accepted it.

In the unlikely event that price or product details displayed on the web site were in error we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payment you may have made.

Items in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days. Items that need to be manufactured can take up to 4 weeks.

We dispatch all items by next business day courier service to the delivery address given at time of order. If you need to change the delivery address please contact us immediately as we cannot re-route items once they are on route. In some cases a change of delivery address may incur an extra shipping cost.

You can also arrange to collect the items yourself from our works.

Privacy Policy

Information entered (name, address, telephone and email) are used solely for handling your order and are not disclosed to any third party other than the payment processor and the courier service

Cookies are used on this site to implement the shopping cart and customer login. The website keeps logs of the internet address your browser came from and the pages you accessed.

Returns Policy

If the items you receive are damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately (and within 14 days) by email to sales@lemsfordcases.co.uk or by phone to +44 (0)1707 323725 so we can resolve any issues.

Any refunds will be made to the card that the initial payment was taken from (if you paid by credit card).

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Goods returned under these regulations must be:

• in an unused and resalable condition in their original (or equivalent) packaging. You will be liable for all delivery charges back to us.
• returned to us within 7 days
